The art of letting yourself go.

Wake up. Early in the morning, just right before the sun appears on sky. Stay silent, feel your presence in space. The sun is approaching, you can feel the light. Now close your eyes. Smoothly. Think of all the things that make you feel warm inside. Remember how your face looks like when your heart is smiling. Sun light is now touching your skin. Keep your eyes closed. Take a big breath and feel the air travelling in your vains, awakening your sore body. Expand your soul with an exhale. Now stop and listen the city sounds. Light is falling on you like shower. Open your eyes. What are you feeling? That is life.
