Instinct or innate behavior is the inherent inclination of a living organism toward a 
particular behavior.

many thoughts and dark instincts were awaken while watching the Black Swan. 
"The only person standing in our way is you" moved me and made me realize that we may 
seem strong to others 
but we seem so fragile to our true selves. How can both dark and white side of the 
same person survive and co-exist? 
is it possible? one has to die. The feeling is so intense and shakes you to the 
core but once your inner truth is 
released and mirrored on you this very feeling is incomparable.
